There is a one-time resort fee of $65 & a $22per day paid at check-in at the front desk. Local City & State Mandatory tax will be added to each reservation. For late check out convenience, you can leave the luggage at the front desk concierge. In addition, if arrive late next to lobby there is a black phone , call and the security guard will allow you into the condo. In the morning go to the front desk to check-in.
