**Boathouse** is a studio villa located within a private gated waterfront retreat consisting of (10) one and two-bedroom villas right on the Banana River with beach access across Hwy A1A. Villa includes a queen-size bed open to a full-size sofa bed, 50" smart TV, walk-in shower, kitchenette room equipped selective appliances, dishes, silverware and a table and chairs. Complimentary access to stand-up paddleboards (SUP), kayaks, and surfboards.

At this time, we do not offer any beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, or sunscreen so don't forget to pack yours!

Boat ramp launch is located less than 5 minutes North of the resort. We have extra parking if you plan to bring your boat and do a little fishing! If you are out-of-state, please keep in mind if you would like to fish, you will need to obtain your temp fishing license through GoOutdoorFlorida website or at the local Walmart before you make that cast to avoid any fines that maybe implemented if caught fishing without a license.
