When we first arrived check in was a breeze. We were even able to check in early! We went to our room and realized the room was not the same as the one in the pictures on the listing. We had a pool side view we just went with it. The room looked nice a little small. The elevators were really in bad shape. There were 4 the elevators in our tower, 1 was a service elevator for worker and 2 broke while we were there. The one that did work took about 5 minutes to even get to our floor. On day 2 of our stay we got stuck in the elevator. Ended up just walking down 10 flights of stairs most days. It was Definitely an experience. The amenities were closed 2/4 days we were there.

Pictures online did not represent our stay. Grounds and activities were small. On-site "restaurant " or grill was terrible. Food was undercooked, too salty to eat. Paid too7ch for chicken and burgers that we ended up throwing away. Door locks kept getting stuck, hard to get in and out of the room. Adjusted my check out day, it was approved 6 weeks in advance and was told I'd get a refund. Now not giving me a refund. Will not stay at a Westgate property again.
