All homes in Muirlands are on 1 acre plus lots for gracious space, quiet and prestigious seclusion. 7000+ sq ft, mansion elevated on crest of 1.25 acre grounds. Secluded/very private. Full SAVANT AV System. Tournament size tennis court, basketball , pool, full gym, 6 bedroom, 8 plus baths (6 ensuite baths) . Grand, very exclusive, expansive, elegant and extraordinary.
The space
These are extraordinary times and we appreciate your trust in us. Resort quality VERY PRIVATE estate with tennis, pool, spa, gym and gated grounds. You will want to explore La Jolla but you really would never need to leave the grounds of the estate.

All discounts for longer stays are built into the calendar by AirBnB. We would love to host you, but kindly don't be offended if we cannot entertain discount request.

NOTE POOL HEAT (82 degrees red cross std) SURCHARGE-- there is a $150 per day surcharge IF and ONLY if you want pool heated during NON SUMMER SEASON or you want temp up to 88. Utilities in SD are crazy high. . No surcharge during Summer (June 21 to Sept 21). Spa heat ALWAYS on and not subject to surcharge.

NOTE OPTIONAL TENNIS LIGHTS SURCHARGE. We have a tournament size newly refinished tennis/ bball/ Pickleball court with rare lights. If you desire to play at night electricity in SD is really expensive and evenings are peak rates. Inquire about per stay lighting option of night time play is important to you.

Towels -- we provide two sets of towels (bath, hand and wash cloth) per sink in bathrooms. For example, the master bath has two sinks, thus, four sets of towels. We provide one pool towel per guest. Although for benefit of the environment we encourage multiple use of towels, we invite you to use the laundry room to wash towels during your stay if desired.

Special Concierge Services. Especially during this challenging time, we have received a number of requests for special services such as grocery shopping, other shopping, caterers, chefs, etc. We may be able to accommodate such requests as follows. Minimum expense is $400 and the service fee is 25%. For example, a $400 grocery run by our team would have a surcharge of $100 for a total of $500.
