The listing includes a main house and 14 tiny homes (Main house with 6 Deluxe 40 ft tiny units and 8 Bijou 20 ft unit). Deluxe contains 1 private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The Bijou has 1 comfortable queen bed. This a wonderful exclusive ranch for you and your family and friends to use for a special event. We have had weddings and group events here. The Jubilee Group offers a unique and unforgettable lodging experience for 48 guests.
Upon entering a keyless entry French double door, you will instantly fall in love with the large glass windows that look out to beautiful trees, pond, and sloping countryside. There is la large living room to watch TV or listen to music with surround speakers. The open kitchen is outfitted with 2 ovens, 8 burner gas stove, Ninja blender, Kitchen Aid food processor, full dish washer, and more! Along with all of this, there are necessary cookware and bakeware to make the perfect meal for your family. We also invite you to spend time on the private back porch grilling or smoking on the massive 24” ceramic grill or roasting smores at night around the smokeless fire pits.

During the day, we hope you enjoy your day with our premier outdoor amenities. First start by lounging pool side along our 40 ft pool . Fix yourself a drink in our deluxe Tiki Hut outdoor kitchen. Swing on one of our tree hammocks or just relax on one of our Adirondack chairs on the deck over the pond. Feel free to join in the fun at our renovated Barndo where you can find games such as darts, Jenga, and cornhole. Lastly, don’t forget to say hi our friendly pygmy goats!
