It would be nice if you had a way to note frequent travelers. I am there often visiting my mom in a nursing home in Frederic and I don’t need the whole spiel. A “welcome back” would be nice. Just a thought. No complaints.

This location is nice compared to other lodging options in the area. It’s definitely due for a refresh and update. Showing typical aging signs, but clean overall. Mattresses were both very worn out and sagging. Alarm clock and small appliances in the room are out of date but functioning. Would like lights to operate by a switch rather than individual lamps. Again, minor inconveniences. Sauna was not working and there was no sign posted about this. That was a disappointment but not a deal breaker. Most important is that the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
