I didn’t stay. I was not able to check in. I arrived at 9 and wasn’t able to get in.

I paid for the room on hotels.com Nobody was at the check in office, & it was closed! So we I had to book another hotel. They done took my money off my card as well. I need a refund!

Hotel was “closed” at 8pm with a call button if you come later. Very dirty, smoky rooms and looks like people staying long term as there were bbq grills on the balcony. We tried to get a refund and they would not allow it even though we had reserved online a couple hours prior to trying to check in.
