No hot water for showering and not very clean. Electricity was lost for an hour and our key card was needed to get in the pool and outs wouldn’t work! Terrible experience and would not stay there again!!

No the hair dryer was filthy ( I had to wipe it off before using) and I’m not sure it’s ever been wiped down! Dead roach in bathroom floor and roach carcass in corner of bathroom behind toilet. Live bug, NOT sure what kind was crawling out of suitcase that was on the suitcase rack in room. The ac worked but noisy. On the positive side the check in was easy and friendly and it was very quiet.
