Our stay was one of the best of our lives and we travel a lot! The host is gracious, professional and anticipates all your needs. The property is beautifully decorated, with a large shared living room to sit and enjoy the amazing view. There are numerous spots to sit outdoors as well. It is a 2 minute walk to the pier. The property is located in a lovely small community just outside of La Malbaie, lovely to wander around. The 4 course breakfast is amazing! Stunning views, gorgeous comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast - this auberge offers all you could ask for!

As soon as you walk into this B & B, you know it's going to be a great experience. From the welcoming attitude of the host to the tasteful decor and amazing view of the river, you will know that you made a good choice of places to stay. The rooms are comfortable and updated. The 4-course breakfast was superb. The sitting areas and dining rooms (inside and outside) have beautiful views and are extremely comfortable and welcoming. I didn't want to leave! You will not be disappointed with a stay at Auberge des Eaux Vives.
