the hot tub has dirt in it when turned on and the beach view was not a thing

Guy checking us in was lovely, bar area looked great. Pictures on website are definitely from a long time ago. Whole place could do with closing for a week and having a good clean. Shower mouldy, towels smell of smoke, blinds broke, mould / plaster dropping off wall, mattress all stained no protector, kettle mouldy, pubic hairs and false nails on the carpet, inch thick of dust/dirt around edge of carpet/skirting boards. Place made me feel ill.
