You had to sit on the toilet sideways due to the design - being so close to the wall. They offer a 10 EURO discount if you don’t clean the room. It’s advertised as a voucher. Careful as it’s not, it’s room credit. And once you check out, you cannot use it eg for their bar/restaurant. They said they would transfer the credit to my friends room who was staying another night. We had a some food and charged their room. In checkout, they wouldn’t recognise the transferred credit to we lost 30 Euro. This is despite checking the night before. This could be considered untrustworthy. Leaves a bad taste. As traveling as part of work, unlikely to return to Munich so a future voucher pointless. Breakfast had a nice selection. Conveniently close to train and metro.

The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The location was good, central and close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was expensive and you had to have a set breakfast with optional extras at additional cost. We only wanted porridge but that would have cost approximately €37 as the set breakfast was about €29 and porridge was almost €9. Unfortunately, the restaurant for dinner was not open during our stay but the menu looked nice. We recommend the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Staff were super helpful & made great suggestions for things to do/places to eat. The overall location is perfect walking distance to old town.
