When we first arrived at the hotel we were put in room 215. the condition of the room was pretty bad, but we just assumed that the place was run down. We were just there for a wedding next door and tried to make the best of it. However when the shower didn't work, we complained and were given a different room. This room was completely renovated, clean and totally acceptable. Now mind you, the hotel was almost empty and for some reason, put us in a disgusting room first. So make sure you ask for a 'renevated' room when checking in. Secondly, my daughter was arriving the next morning. She had a 5 hour drive. The wedding started at 12:00 and asked if she could access the room at 10:00. Again, the hotel was EMPTY. They charged an additional $40 to get in the room early. SERIOUSLY! I would only recommend this place if you need to attend an affair next door. That said, Tammy at the front desk was very nice and sympathtic.

Could not check in. No one at desk. Note says call Michelle at ….,. I called twice and left message and phone numbers, but no one called back or responded. I think my reservation should be completely refunded. Thank you, Ron Bernstein Phone (516)643-7890
