The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. Hot water was plentiful, it just didn't drain out of the tub and leaked from the sink drain onto the floor. I thought I was getting a room with a refrigerator and microwave. Not only were these missing, there was no chair for the desk. They got me a chair and microwave, but the only place to plug it in safely had it on the floor. Housekeeping took my used towels, but couldn't seem to replace them.

This hotel is undergoing major renovations on the entire property. It would be unfair for me to list the problems I encountered since I honestly believe they will not occur once the hotel is ready to be opened. When it is ready to be open it will probably be a nice place to stay in Scottsboro. But as of April 1st 2026 it is not ready to be open.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only complaint I got is the wifi was spotty it kept going in and out
