This is a GREAT hotel! VERY easy to check in. The rooms are pristinely clean & well appointed & contemporary. The area is quiet, the people are amazing & friendly & I will definitely stay here the next time I am passing through.

The hot tub was broken and out of service. The key codes(no physical keys did not consistently operate. There was no staff after certain hours to help. The TV also didn't work. When this was mentioned to staff there was no assistance or consideration

We took a chance on this hotel, hoping for a feel like The Pad in Silverthorne. It does have promise when it's up and running and fully staffed. We came mid-week in February to ski at Wolf Creek and the hot tub wasn't working. Note that hotels.com lists all the rooms as shower/tub combo - we like a tub when skiing in case the hot tub is crowded or gross. NONE of the rooms have a tub (we asked) - they're all the remodeled walk in showers -which were nice if all you want is a shower. So just FYI, no tubs! The sauna was working but we didn't try it. Also, because they're short staffed the lobby was only open in the morning for coffee, literally locked the rest of the day and evening. So we were limited to our room or other restaurants/bars in town for hanging out. The room was very nice and comfortable, but the stay was not what we were hoping for or expecting.
