We had an issue with our room door not latching due to the humidity but the hotel manager was able to fix it.

Not impressed. Amy promised adjoining rooms. Didn't happen. Pillows were huge and uncomfortable. Went down at 8 am Sunday for breakfast. Not a drop of coffee, nor hot food, and staff acted like they never had a crowd before. Appeared that they hadn't even started making more coffee until the 3 large pots were all empty.
