We were lectured by the front desk when we checked in about using a third party to book our room. When housekeeping did our room, they did not replenish toilet paper or provide enough towels. The room is fair but very dark and cold feeling. Not impressed with this “4 star” hotel.

Unique hotel, I love the layout of the rooms. It’s nice to have a separate living room
