Only good think it was that because of the check in slow we've got free car park, whixh was appreciate.

Very poor stay, we arrived but couldn’t find reception, to then be told it was over in a different hotel, we were not allowed to check in on time, they said it was a hour later than advertised. The hotel we booked was not the hotel we stayed in, they said it was full and had to go to the next hotel down which was in need of a very good make over, the room was dirty and the shower facilities were poor. In our very small room we had no privacy, there was a large window right next to out bed with other people walking past at all times of the day and night to access other rooms. We ended up checking out a day early.

Room not as described or shown in photos and no staff on site, have to visit hotel over the road to collect the key
