This overwhelmed my expectation. Everything was perfect. Staff went out of their way for everything for us, they spoke great English, rooms felt new and very clean, the cleaners were so nice and good, restaurant was so good and great service, price was amazing, walkable. Can’t say enough good. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

The pictures looked good on the Hotel's website, but when we went in the room, there was cockroaches and no soap what so ever. The outside balcony door and the bathroom door was handing for dear life and underneath the bed was big dust accumulation. In the morning for breakfast was put in the downstairs part, where there was visible mold in the paint and falling paint chips that are on the old furniture. The breakfast meat & cheeses were not cold and very limited in selection on breads, which was almost solid. We did not eat dinner once there, and we ate elsewhere for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Hotel staff was limited when we checked out and we notified them of the issues when we checked in, and they were surprised on the condition of the room. They did respond quickly, but in future travel to the area, will stay somewhere else. Have pictures of the condition of the room, but out of respect to the establishment, not posting.
