Guests arriving on weekends or public holidays- including Carnival Monday (Rosenmontag) and the period between 24 December and 01 January - must contact the hotel by telephone to get a digital code to pick up keys. Baby cot and parking in the garage are available upon request and has to be confirmed by the property.
