Good and clean room for a three stars hotel. Convenient location

we reached the city centre of urbino on foot, it's just 15/20 mins walk. considering the price of the parking around the city, walk is quite convenient. the hotel appears from outside in a state a little too ..."vintage", but after all our room seemed recently refurbished. quite new furniture, air conditioning ok, clean and neat. breakfast a little too "common", but ok. wifi didn't work and the night concierge didn't know what to do.

Clean room but quite small. No restaurant. 20 minute walk to town, stayed 2 nights in March, long enough. Breakfast ok but not up to standard of most modern hotels, maybe better in season.
