All good, parking facilities excellent, distance to the Fair, absolutely the best…its clean and has what a hotel needs to have hosting many guests…the hotel is dirt expensive due to the fair (that’s just how it is), but you get the feeling of the staff is use to high volumes on this hotel - It just takes that feeling of a nice hotel a notch down.

The room was okay, but the bed was far too soft. It felt old and sagging. The bathrooms were fine but quite outdated. Showering in a bathtub is no longer really of this time. The room was also too warm and could not be cooled with the air conditioning, so I had to open the window, which caused a lot of noise during the night. The biggest problem, however, are the elevators. They are extremely slow and seem to do whatever they want. It is quite dramatic. Every single time I had to wait more than five minutes for a lift. For me, this alone is a reason not to come back.In addition, the check-out was extremely busy, yet not all counters were open. This gave the impression of poor organization.
