This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that until May 19th 2024, construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that staff is not always available at reception. Check-in on Saturdays is from 14:00 to 19:00. The kitchenette and apartment must be kept clean at check-out, otherwise a surcharge may apply. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed in each apartment. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in is at 23:00. The indoor parking will not be available until 26/04/2024.
