Not value for money as I am concerned. Paid £228 for two nights - the room had no kettle or tea making facilities, there was no water. The bathroom was tiny and had no shower curtain. Will not be coming back

The reception staff were not very attentive when we arrived. The radiator in our room was stuck 'on', couldn't be switched off - on such a mild night it made the room very hot. There were no tea-making facilties provided in the room which is standard in UK hotels - this had not been explained in the information when booking, and for the price paid made it very poor value. There is no breakfast at this hotel either. Very disappointing.
