The room was clean — I’ll give them that. But everything else? A comedy of disappointment. The bar was closed (no explanation, no apology), the “gas fire feature” was out of order, and the pool felt like an arctic plunge. A working fire pit might’ve saved the vibe, but no such luck. Breakfast? Don’t even get me started — no juice, no pancake mix, and the sausage tray was emptier than my patience by the end of the stay. For the price, it felt like paying for amenities that only existed in the brochure. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during our two-night stay, which was the final straw. Overpriced, underdelivered — and I won’t be back for the sequel.
