Clean. Room was a lot smaller than I expected. Limited shelf space in the bathroom. Ok for overnight but not a long stay. Good bar and restaurant space. Good central location. Staff were helpful.

Location of the hotel was good. Overall clean. Parking is opposite and £10 for 24 hr or hourly in parking behind hotel. Check in was easy. VIP free drink unlike other hotels were restricted in choice. MAJOR PROBLEM: The room sink was blocked and leaking and the main light not working. I could not fill the kettle with water for coffee. When I complained, just a smile and thank you for letting us know - no apologies - nothing.
