Somewhat difficult to find- and we were on foot/ so more instructions on website appreciated plus explanation that the front door is locked until you ring the bell. Having said this, the the accommodation, breakfast and garden is immaculate- loved it!

This is a great hotel in a perfect location for exploring Chichester. Lovely rooms, a beautiful garden, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. We loved little details as home baked bread for breakfast. The hotel is also very clean. We will definitely return!

The hotel is very cute, in a quiet street. I had the street facing ground floor room. The room is very small for two people, so was a good thing I was there alone. Comfy bed. Unfortunately nowhere proper to hang up clothes, just a rail which was very low down anything longer than a shirt would touch the ground. All very clean, but unfortunately there was a rather pungent smell in the room so I had to keep the window open at all times which isn’t ideal when facing the street on the ground floor - especially at night. Upon checkout I mentioned the smell and was - quite rudely - told that it’s from chemically cleaning the carpets and would I rather have the smell or get foot fungus from the carpet. (Yep, his exact words). So, as nice as the place is, I didn’t need this kind of rudeness when paying nearly £150 a night for a small room.
