1) Room condition was aweful. Refrigerator was broken and the bunker bed was squeaking all the time. Room was very dusty, it looked like they don't clean the floor. I could see the dust balls lying on the floor. When i wiped the bed stairs with a tissue, it was so dirty too. 2) I booked a premium room which includes towels but they provide only one towel during the whole stay. There is no rug or a towel for your feet in the bathroom, so you have to use the same towel for your body and your feet or pay 2 euros for a new towel. 3) Kitchen was not getting managed by the staffs. Equipments and the tables were dirty everytime i used them. There's only couple of spoons for the entire hostel so you won't be able to get one if someone's already using them. No microwave either. 4) Some of the staffs were not working properly. They didn't closed the window nor locked the door after cleaning the room. The woman at the front desk is very rude and arrogant. She looked super annoyed when i first met her because i didn't left the key at the counter when i went out, even though no one told me the rule before. She never greets guests and doesn't even give them a look when they enter. She didn't even answer back everytime i say hello to her. She doesn't even say a word when i'm leaving the key at the counter although i say thank you to her. She said why instead ofjust answering when i asked her a simple question about the working hour of the counter. Acts like if she doesn't want to meetguests

This hostel was ok. There was not a lock on the bathroom door in a room of 6. They make you leave the key at the desk when you leave. I also asked to leave my bag for one hour after checking out and they let me buy said any longer and they would charge. Nice lockers and beds were good.
