Exceptionally clean and well located stay. This is the definition of a hidden gem. The city has endless options when it comes to hotels, but man this place has got it right. Price was very fair, and this is the first hotel in years that I didn't need to re-clean to feel comfortable! I began my post check-in routine, and found absolutely nothing that needed attention. Whoever cleans this place literally delivers the 5 star reviews for this brand. Well, well done! I have never felt more comfortable. Don't even hesitate to book here

I only stayed for a night while visiting friends in London but the day was surprisingly good. The staff were warm and friendly sky, check in was easy and uncomplicated. The rooms had recently been refurbished and everything was spotless. Perfect for a little city getaway.

I was very happy with my room and location. Perfect for what I needed and staff were easy to get hold of (when a fire alarm went off). My only suggestion would be to update the check-in notes. You need to check-in in a different location, and they should just give the number 37, not the range which isn't on any of the doors. Also there's nothing that says Bower House, it says Georgian House. Changing those two things would make life a lot easier. Would also have been nice to have a fridge If the price is right next time I'm in London I'll be back, and would recommend to anyone else looking for a place to stay.
