Front desk staff was incredibly informative and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet and located in a central area. Be prepared to climb three flights of narrow stairs to the hotel.

Breakfast included-usual self service -coffee, pastries, cheese, meats. Room quiet overlooking small courtyard. Room not very big but ok. Shower not brilliant. Have to climb stone steps inside to get to the hotel. No lift.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Visitors need to carry their suitcases up 4 sets of stairs. While I have seen small bathrooms during my travels, the toilet specifically was almost unusable. It was crammed between the shower stall and a wall. What made the toilet hard to use was the placement of a water line and hose that kept my legs at an awkward angle. For reference, I am 5'10" and 219 lbs. In addition, the room could do with a fresh coat of paint. Lastly, as other guests have recorded, the hotel staff are kind and helpful.
