Good stay. Very good property. Excellent facilities. Good transport links. Unfortunately WiFi did not work in my room and not able to get a response from the team.

The WiFi did not work, and neither did the dishmaskins. When I informed the receptionen, the staff member simply said, “I know,” and gave me the username and password for another room instead the not work either. The staff were very unfriendly and showed clear signs of discrimination. The hotel has no elevator and uses a different entrance as the main door, but the staff made no effort to show or explain this to me. I strongly advise avoiding this place, especially if you are not white.
