I booked to stay for 7 nights and was given a room right by the highway. It was noisy and being a light sleeper meant that the traffic noise kept me awake at night. After 2 sleepless nights I reached out to ask if I could change rooms. It took another 2 nights of messages for this to happen and by the time it did I was exhausted and my vacation ruined. My new room was fine and away from any traffic noise and was fine. If you enjoy your sleep, you might want to consider somewhere else.

There is no staff. There was no one to help when my door code didn’t work. The room was dingy, moldy caulk in the shower, carpets dirty. The internet didn’t work the first day of my trip. The furniture was all damaged (dings, gouges, missing trim) and it looked like the TV had been torn off the wall in the bedroom. I would never stay here again. It’s basically a condo marketed as a hotel room but there is absolutely no staff. No cleaners, maintenance or front desk. Awful experience.
