My check-in was very smooth and quick! I was given all the information about where my room was, Wi-fi password, etc. The room was comfortable (temperature) and very clean! All the staff I saw were very friendly and helpful! There weren't really shops super close, but there were restaurants close by in case I got hungry. Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, and there were dogs on my floor, it was quiet in my room! The temperature was easily set cooler for me to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the full-sized refrigerator was nice for me to keep food and drinks in!
