I booked a superior room with 2 queens/twin beds but only had 1 bed. My husband is 6’ 5” and a big man, consequently we didn’t have a very good night. The whole experience was too impersonal. And we didn’t get check in information.

We stayed here several years ago and it was wonderful. We always wanted to come back so we did. Certainly not the same hospitality we received the first time and a pretty meager breakfast. And the internet only worked upon arrival. Very disappointed.

Very beautiful setting with gorgeous views of the Picos de Europa in a special historic country house. A unique experience with a great host.
