Staff were very friendly and helpful, room is okay, it could do with a deep clean as corners of the room are a bit grubby. They told us they upgraded us to a deluxe room but I wouldn’t say it was deluxe, it was just like the normal double room advertised. They could do with a table and chairs out the front for somewhere to sit and enjoy a drink or while you wait for transport. They delivered drinks to our room but there is no bottle opener which is unhelpful. We also asked for milk to go with the tea and coffee but they never brought this

Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room is clean and the hotel is well maintained. The location is incredible! Only negatives were the small range of food available at breakfast and the underpowered aircon.

I stayed here for 8 nights while in Rome and was extremely pleased with the hotel. The room, bed and bathroom were very comfortable, clean and roomy. The shower was good sized, not tiny and cramped like many hotels in Italy. The breakfast buffet had a good option of choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and always available if I needed help with dinner reservations or assistance in finding something. The location is on a quiet street a 5-minute walk from the forum so well located. All in all an excellent hotel for a stay in Rome!
