Big Fish Rentals will send guests a reservation email with instructions to sign a rental agreement online within 24 hours after booking and with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property will send guests the address and key pick-up location. Check-in information sent 2 weeks prior to arrival date. For arrivals less than 2 weeks away, check-in information is sent immediately after payment is received.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 300.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
