Our rates are based on garden/island view ocean view/ oceanfront villas may be available depending upon your travel dates. Villa placement may be in the North or South building, please discuss with your agent prior to booking. Note there is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for Hawaii resorts that is charged by the resort upon check out.
