The property is dirty.

Unit is very outdated. Could use paint and wall maintenance. Furniture is uncomfortable. Appliances are loud. It is a great location and great view of the lake. But, be prepared to smell dope on the balcony as you enjoy the view as well in the elevators. Not the owners fault on that one. I was there for work and not entertainment so my view might be a little different.
