Enjoy an upgraded mountain stay at Nicky’s Resort in one of our River Suites, located directly along the banks of Fall River, just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

These modern rustic suites feature a king bed with plush bedding, a gas fireplace, and a 50” Roku TV for streaming. Each suite includes a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and fast Wi-Fi.

Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. Guests enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, propane BBQ grills, riverfront seating, a wood-burning fire pit, and lawn games including cornhole and putt-putt. This was a very cute spot! I may have misread “rare find, heated year round pool” but that was ok I understand that’s probably not realistic for Estes park. Only thing which is kind of big is it was 60degrees when we got into the room. Fine unoccupied I get it. But then the little furnace heater did NOT work. Again not the end of the world because there is a fireplace that we ran basically the entire time. Besides when I woke up dying of heat and turned it off until morning. Overall my husband and I enjoyed this quaint little cabin.

Great location for our trip to RMNP with easy access to Estes Park and the park gates. Cozy but very comfortable room, great bed for sleeping, and a nice gas fireplace to take the chill off when we got back after a hike.
