This means more than 10 people at the same time cannot be visited in the property due to laws, including if you invite over people for dinners etc.• The SOS buttonNot meant to push, but instead call 112 in case of emergency for quicker & better help.• Security deposit1.000€ being paid upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer. Failure to respect of the community or breaking stuff in the home will be penalized with chargeback of the deposit & possible leaving the home before organized check-out date. If you do respect the house rules you will of course get the full amount back.Easy said: The urbanization is well organized & have high standards - meaning you arrive to a very luxurious gated community.
