The property was ok, the staff was great, it was to far away from the Center. So if you like quiet and solitude this is the place for you!

The staff and text communication was excellent !!! However the odor from the bathroom toilet was horrible. There was one night I complained the odor lasted all night. You need to keep nice smelling room fresheners in the bedroom area and more important in the bathroom. I had to buy my own room spray !!

You should not book this place if you do not plan to cook daily. It is just like a studio ( kitchen with a bed and a sofa in the same room). The room is very plain with no decoration. Other than check in frond desk, there is no service like hotel. Even front desk, the door is locked with no body before 9:00am. Someone will send you breakfast but all cold pre order grocery items. It really is just a self serviced studio apartment. Not sure where the 4 star rating coming from. I only can give 2.5 star by comparison to many hotels I stayed in Italy.
