Planning a trip to Barcelona & south of France. Had heard how beautiful Collioure was and wanted to stay a couple of nights. A perfect spot with a gorgeous view of the sea and an easy walk into o town. Price was right & amenities perfect for our use!!

The location of hotel is fantastic, all rooms have a view of the sea. I was under the impression when I booked that I had a one bedroomed apartment, when we arrived to our room the bunk beds were situated in what I consider to be a hallway from the door of the apartment leading through to the main room which when I booked was supposed to have a sofa bed and a trundle bed, it just had a sofa bed . We had two 17 year old girls with us, so they had no privacy whats so ever, there do not have air-con so we had just one fan for the 11 nights. Our room was never cleaned once and if we wanted a change of towels I was told I would have to pay 7.00 Euro per pack for each set. So I ended up washing the towels several times. The Receptionists at the main desk have very limited English and were not very helpful. The room would suit a couple on their own, the furniture is modern and clean but it was just too small and they certainly need to get air-con. I would return to Collieure as it is just beautiful but I would not stay at these apartments again. Also Wifi was not free as advertised.

Basic clean accommodation. compact apartment. Close to collioure town. Secure paid parking. limited reception times. no towel replacement or room cleaning throughout 5 day stay. Unhappy that Staff refused to supply an additional pillow stating only 4 pillows allowed per room. exterior of building and solarium area needs attention. Overall reasonable value for money paid.
