I arrived at the property on March 19th and found it completely uninhabitable. The pool and jacuzzi were green, debris was scattered everywhere, broken furniture was present, and there were no staff or other guests—no sign of life at all. I contacted their support number, but after I described the situation, they stopped responding. We had no choice but to leave. This was a terrible and unsafe experience, and I expect a full refund.

We had a great stay at this lodge! It was very easy to find thanks to the detailed map provided, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The self check-in process was also incredibly simple and convenient. The space itself was spotless - everything was immaculate when we arrived. The sheets were clean and fresh, and we really appreciated the extra towels that were provided. It was a thoughtful touch to have snacks like Cheez-Its and coffee available as well. Overall, a very comfortable and well-prepared place to stay.
