Very warm welcome and clean rooms. Great cooked breakfast, would definitely recommend the London Inn for a stay in Cheltenham.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. Room was in poor condition from the door handle pulled out of the door, lock difficult to operate, toilet seat hanging off, shower held together with zip ties (really), curtains broken, etc.
