I was really disappointed in my stay at this Residence Inn. The room that I was given looked like someone else was still checked into it. The ironing board was up, a used paper towel on the counter and what appeared to be a used washcloth, the only washcloth in the room, was on the sink. When I called to make sure they hadn't mistakenly placed me in someone else's room and told them about the towel their suggestion was to come down and get another towel. Residence Inn usually has good breakfast but on both days the breakfast was horrible and unless the person who cooked just doesn't know how to make grits and messed them up two days in a row the big congealed glob of grits from Tuesday morning looked exactly like the big congealed glob of grits on Wednesday morning.

No Breakfast the first morning, but we did get breakfast the last morning. Pool and jacuzzi was out of order. Disnt know until check out that we could go to the hotel next door. Housekeeping and front desk were cordial and professional. I do need you all to order more hand towels and bath towels and place at least an extra toilet roll or 2 in the bathrooms. Overall stay was a 6
