Receptionist lady was super rude upon check in. When arrived to desiginated room, pillow was dirty and top sheet cover was stained. Pillow and sheet was fliped to prevent the stains from being seen.

Worst customer service from the lady who’s ran the hotel for the last 12 years. She is very disrespectful even hung up on me after telling me I’m not going to tell her how to run their hotel. They tried charging me the 1st night without my knowledge and when i got there tried charging me my full stay. They charged our credit card 3 times for incidentals for 3 different amounts. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had probably won’t stay there again.

Rooms were too small carpet was really dirty. Mattresses had stains on them and they didn’t have enough towels. Keys kept on the deactivating.
