Premier Inns vary wildly. This one is definitely older, not soundproof, no lift, no a/c. Pros: good water pressure, windows open for fresh air (necessary...very crustydustymusty), restaurant on premises, free parking. Bottom line: pretty good price if mold doesn't bother you.

My only negative is that the hotel doesn't have a lift, which my mother really needs, and we were on an upper floor so she struggled on the stairs.
