The property was badly run down. Many things were not up to standard. Carpet was in terrible condition. Furniture in the room was shabby. The room looked as if it hadn’t been dusted in a long time . The bedding was clean and the bathroom was also spotless. Staff was helpful and apologetic for the condition of the property.
