Villa Margherita overlooks the Brenta River in Mira, a 25-minute bus ride from Venice's historic center. Once a noble residence, this grand villa is surrounded by a large private park. All rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV and a mini-bar. Most rooms overlook the park, while some have a balcony with a view of the River Brenta. Some of the facilities guests can enjoy, including an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, are located at a sister hotel, a 10-minute walk from Villa Margherita. We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was great, we actually had a private veranda. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The daily breakfast is amazing, they bake their goodies every morning fresh. If we ever go back to Italy we will stay at this hotel again.

Enjoyable stay. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. In quiet surroundings away from tourist hordes in Venice, but with a bus service near the hotel entrance for day trips to Venice or Padua.

Hotel is arranged in old, stylish villa, with very nice design and atmosphere. Staff is very nice and helpful. In the neighbourhood there are several restaurants, 5 minutes walking bus stop, from where one need 35 minutes to be in Venice. Train station too far to walk, one needs a car.
