This hotel was in a great location and really cute, but they charged me for the stay even though I had already paid in full through hotels.com. So I am having to dispute the charge, which is inconvenient.

Front desk help excellent, buffet the same. location also. Had expected a room with the view as shown in but got one that had an A/C on/off all night and didn't get any sleep. Would I stay hear the next time I come thru? only if I had a room as pictured and away from the god awful noise
