First room i was given, A used room not cleaned from the last guest. Next room key wouldn't work 3 trips to the office to re program the key. Was told card machine not working and I'd have to go to the office to have someone let me in. Room was clean, bed was hard, pillows a smell to them. No soap, shampoo or even a cup for water or coffee. People next room over fighting or partying most of the night. Property was dirty. And weekly guests. Burn it down and start over!
